Vinyl/Nylon Grid Systems

At Revival Climbing Coalition, we offer a wide range of both custom and standard-shaped mats to perfectly fit any space. Our proprietary system allows us to create extremely large covers at an affordable price. One of the key advantages of our mats is that they have fewer velcro connectors compared to our competitors. Additionally, their design enables easy and cost-effective replacement of soft spots, ensuring your mats perform flawlessly over time. This not only keeps upfront costs low but also provides long-term savings. We challenge you to find another option that can match the value and finish of our grid system.

In addition to our in-place systems, we also provide tilt-up options for versatility in areas with overlaying programs. Our mats can be produced in single or dual-density foam, ranging from 3 inches and up. Furthermore, we offer a wide selection of colors to suit your preferences and needs.

Carpet Topped Systems

We spent a lot of time developing a carpeted bouldering system good enough to be backed by the Revival name. Using 26oz sport carpet, we've designed a system that offers a clean aesthetic from top to bottom. The connector strips are made from the same carpet for a uniform finish and foam access for long-term maintenance is cinch. Whether looking at this system through the eyes of the end-user or the owner/operators’, this flooring solution just works. Available in all popular colors and thicknesses.

Carpet Bonded Foam

Carpet bonded foam is a proven system used in large-scale gyms the world over. While slightly firmer than most boulder-focused mats, its impact attenuation from height is extremely good making it a great high traffic surface to use under roped climbing areas. With role dimensions of 6 ft x 42 ft, carpet bonded foam also reduces overall seams that can become hazardous because of the slight variation in density in relation to the center of traditional mats. The system consists of a dense top layer and soft recycled foam underlayment.
