Return Policy
Revival Climbing Coalition will guarantee quality of our craftsmanship 100%. If you ever encounter a quality issue with the construction of your product please contact us immediately and we make it a top priority to fix it. Our products are hand-made by craftsman, not computers or machines. Occasionally mistakes are made and we will own that.
We will return or exchange unworn/unwashed clothing items for a refund of the product cost or exchange for corrected size within 30 days of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee, only return shipping. You can pay with cash or check in return package or by credit card. Return shipping on exchanges of a single item are $8.00 USD. Items must be returned in new/unused/unwashed condition or will not qualify for return/exchange service. To make an exchange please fill out the following form with your order number (and exchange size requested if needed, in the “Reason For Return” section). We will provide you a return authorization number. This must be included with the shipment so we can identify your order and exchange request. Also, please add some form of delivery tracking as we are not able to accept responsibility for unidentifiable packages shipped without return authorization number, or packages lost while in transit to our location.
Returns and exchanges are not available on sale/closeout purchases. All sales are final.
